2 oz sherry
1 oz dry vermouth
1/2 tsp peach bitters
Shake with ice and strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

2 oz whiskey
1/2 oz brown creme de cacao
1 tsp peach bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

2 dashes peach bitters

Royalist
1 1/2 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz bourbon
